Quick, professional in all activity and appearance. Intelligent about service to vehicles while being supportive to customers arriving a few at a time. Very friendly nature from the older experienced staff and new staff. Witnessed great staff support to for the new employed. They used a computer for accurate vehicle reviews and information while taking phone calls when I was there a few times. Never experienced shop equipment breaking or not available. Parts obtained as fast as possible for myself and others I waited with. I keep returning because they are as great as I have written.

Such great communication and accommodation for a Deaf client! They were patient, helpful, and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. They helped ease my worries and took the time to explain things so I could better understand my car and what I needed to do. They also provided fast service when changing my tires! Came to Big Boyz to get a low, leaking tire repaired twice (two separate nails in two weeks). They found the source and patched it quickly, I didn’t even need to get out of the car. The second time they also told me that my tires were worn and due for replacement. They quickly prepared me an estimate that couldn’t be beat and got me in the next day to get them replaced. They were super efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

My tire unexpectedly blew out early one morning and I arrived at Big Boyz right as they opened. The employees were very helpful and got us taken care of right away. We were in and out under 2 hours. Everyone was courteous, helpful and they used great communication on pricing.
