I have a car through carhop, and although carhop has been very difficult in helping with things my car has had especially since most of the issues I found out were pre existing since before I got the car, big Boyz worked with me into getting the price lowered on getting a new starter and motor mount. They have been very honest with me and very, very patient. I honestly don't see myself doing work elsewhere unless I absolutely cannot get it done through them. My husband just bought me a new car yesterday & I will definitely still be taking my business to big Boyz. I have never felt so at home with a car shop. If you haven't gone, you should.

Steve was extremely helpful getting my Tesla Model 3 aligned and swapped out my TPMS sensors to get them reading again after I had installed my own set of wheels and found the TPMS sensors that came with them were a no-go. I also needed an alignment after rebuilding my front & rear suspension and they got it done without a fuss. Super honest and friendly service. Highly recommend!
